Tell us three things about yourself . . .
I'm Welsh, I’m a teacher and I’m tired.
How would you describe your music?
Rock music for Taylor Swift fans.
Who are your musical inspirations?
Snow Patrol, The 1975 and Biffy Clyro.
What was the first gig you ever went to?
Busted when I was really young.
What was the first record you ever bought?
I can’t remember, I think it was From Under The Cork Tree by Fall Out Boy. The first album I remember having was a bootleg copy of Sing When You’re Winning by Robbie Williams, my father got it "off a bloke from work."
What’s your favourite song right now?
I think that Sailor Song by Gigi Perez is great.
Favourite lyric of all time?
It’s from Everlong by Foo Fighters. 'Breathe out, so I can breathe you in, hold you in." That’s the song that made me start learning guitar.
If you could only listen to one song for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Anything Bon Iver, they’re all perfect in their own way.
Where can people find your music/more information?
Find our songs on Spotify, Apple Music and Deezer. We mainly run Instagram as our social media of choice, find us there @cursive.youth.
