There's the concluding part of Neven's Christmas at Cashel, James Acaster returns to stand-up with Hecklers Welcome, Harry and Meghan’s latest Netflix venture is Polo, and The Listeners comes to a tragic end . . .
In the second of Neven Maguire's two Christmas specials, he prepares crab gratin, turkey roulade and pavlova.
The chef also meets Master Butcher Una O'Dwyer and chats to world champion trainer Aidan O'Brien at Ballydoyle Racing stables.
Una O’Dwyer is one of Ireland’s few female craft butchers and is based in Cashel, and as a Master Butcher Una is highly skilled.
Neven visits Una to talk about creating her range of artisan meat products and continuing family traditions.
Then back at the Cashel Palace Hotel, Neven chats to Stephen Hayes, Director of Culinary, as he shows Neven his recipe for Lamb Stew.
Later, Neven then heads to the legendary Ballydoyle Racing Stables where he meets World Champion trainer Aidan O’Brien (above).
Neven is then treated to a performance by The Sunday Singers Cashel, singing an ancient Irish carol in the Hall of the Vicar’s Choir, one of the medieval buildings located on top of the Rock of Cashel.
