Sheen then writes that debt off to expose how big banks and credit finance companies profit from the most vulnerable in society.
As the cost-of-living crisis continues to hit, Michael takes on the banks, investigates alternative, more affordable solutions for borrowing, and calls on the government to demand a fairer, more inclusive credit system in the UK.

Former Tory minister and latterday train enthusiast Michael Portillo (below) returns for an eighth season of rail travels and begins a journey across the Balkan countries of Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
His first leg takes him from Pula, on Croatia's Istrian peninsula, to the town of Buzet.
Along the way he takes up shield and sword in a 2,000-year-old Roman amphitheatre and explores an organic olive farm at Chiavalon.
He also rides in the presidential Cadillac to the summer residence of Marshal Josip Tito, the communist president of Yugoslavia until his death in 1980.
