They released their EP, Breaking Me Down, earlier this year and aim to capture the spirit of classic Christmas songs with It's Christmas Yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah.

Tell us three things about yourself . . .

I'm from Tallaght. I play hurling for a local team. A new hobby of mine is collecting records, and my newest addition is Hank Williams' Greatest Hits.

How would you describe your music?

I would describe the music I like as a mix of '60s pop style bands meets 2000s indie. Our lyrics tend to focus on serious topics like life, the world, and belief.

Who are your musical inspirations?

I'm heavily influenced by '60s and '70s music - T. Rex, The Beatles, ELO, to name a few.

What was the first gig you ever went to?

The first gig I went to was the Manic Street Preachers at Smithfield, supported by JJ72, in 2001. My second gig was U2 at Slane - definitely worth mentioning!

What was the first record you ever bought?

The first record I remember buying in my youth was Westlife.

What’s your favourite song right now?

I really like Jalen NGonda's Anyone in Love - what a voice! Motown influences definitely have a big place in my heart.

Favourite lyric of all time?

My favourite lyric is hard to say, but You'll Never Walk Alone is up there.

If you could only listen to one song for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Sam Cooke and The Soul Stirrers' Peace in the Valley.

Where can people find your music/more information?

We have most of our work on YouTube, and our two EPs and new single are available on Spotify. We're also active on Facebook and Instagram.
