Behind the music - Paul Sherry

Irish blues and rock musician Paul Sherry has released his new single, Fades. We asked him the BIG questions . . .

An award-winning guitar player since the age of sixteen and husband to blues artist Gráinne Duffy, Paul has been playing on the Irish rock 'n' roll scene for many years.

Speaking about his new song, he says, "Music is mediation, no thinking, just a pure clear mind in full flow.. Fades is influenced by Taoism, as in, everything changes through the journey of life.

"By letting go, being present and fully aware in the moment, we truly experience the flow. The song is about the struggle to stay present and have a clear mind in this modern day society that we live in"
