The 28-track album is an expansion of La Shana debut project, Everything Is Changing, which was released four years ago.
"The album represents a significant milestone in my musical journey and growth as an artist," La Shana says. "Each track reflects my passion for storytelling and commitment to spreading positive messages of life, love, truth, and hope."
La Shana, who was born and raised in Birmingham, UK but now lives in the US, launched her music career in April 2020.
Her breakout single, Let It Flow, was re-released in 2022, featuring actor Idris Elba and in the same year, she performed at the Commonwealth Games in her hometown.

It was 3LW or Christina Aguilera - I can’t remember which one.

"How you gonna win when you ain’t right within" - Lauryn Hill.
