Tell us three things about yourself . . .
I'm a scientist (microbiologist) aka QC Team lead, I play Division 1 and D2 Irish Basketball, I'm from Cork, the greatest county in Ireland.
How would you describe your music?
Energetic, passion and raw emotion, imagine Kendrick Lamar mixed with Old school Kanye West fused with African Irish culture.
Who are your musical inspirations?
Michael Jackson, his passion and raw emotion. Kendrick Lamar and funny enough the church. Growing up in church (Greater Light Ministries) allowed me to mature my sound and master control of chaotic energy. African churches are the definition of passion and giving it your all.
What was the first gig you ever went to?
Nile Rodgers came to Cork about nine years ago and I took my now wife on a date to see him because she loves the oldies 70s/80s music and I was in awe, he rocked the stage.
What was the first record you ever bought?
50 Cent - Get Rich Or Die Tryin'. A classic.
What’s your favourite song right now?
If it's not one of mine, it will be J. Cole - No Role Modelz. Anyone who asks for a lift will hear that song on repeat.
Favourite lyric of all time?
"You only get one shot, do not miss your chance to blow, cuz opportunity comes once in a lifetime go" - Lose Yourself by Eminem.
If you could only listen to one song for the rest of your life, what would it be?
J. Cole - No Role Modelz.
