Having faced back-to-back dance offs over the last two weeks, former Miss Universe Ireland Aishah Akorede will be hoping to avoid three in a row when she and her dance partner, Robert Rowiński take on an American Smooth to Vanessa Carlton's A Thousand Miles.
Olympic hero Rhys McClenaghan and his pro-partner Laura Nolan will take on a Contemporary Ballroom to The Verve’s anthem Bittersweet Symphony, while comedian Gearóid Farrelly and his dance partner Stephen Vincent will dance a Charleston to Emeli Sandé and The Bryan Ferry Orchestra’s version of Beyoncé’s Crazy in Love.
Despite being at the bottom of the judges’ leader board last week, chef Kevin Dundon and his dance partner Rebecca Scott will dance into Orchestra Night with a Foxtrot to Livin’ Thing by Electric Light Orchestra.
Social media star Kayleigh Trappe will follow her personal highest score last week with a Charleston to Lady Gaga’s version of That’s Entertainment alongside her pro-dance partner Ervinas Merfeldas.
Finally, Mrs. Brown’s Boys actor Danny O’Carroll and pro-partner Salome Chachua will bring the heat with a Salsa to Lionel Richie’s All Night Long.
Once again, the two couples with the lowest combined points after the judges’ score and public vote will dance again in the dance-off where the judges will decide who remains in the competition; and with a place in the following week’s quarter final up for grabs.
