Stacey Solomon's back to sort out more people’s cluttered lives, school drama Waterloo Road returns for a 15th season, there’s the self-explanatory Botched: The Brazilian Butt Lift Nightmare, and more from the Fear Clinic . . .

Pick of the Day

Sort Your Life Out with Stacey Solomon, 8.00pm, BBC One

I can only imagine the state of the UK if Stacey Solomon wasn’t around to sort out people’s lives. She’s back again with a new run – and more messes to clean up.

First up, Stacey and a team of experts help the Appleyards, a lively family of six, declutter their three-bedroom home and let go of half of their belongings to pave the way for a reorganised future.

With all their belongings displayed in a warehouse, the family discover they own over 2,000 greetings cards, 74 Christmas pinecones and 99 odd socks.

This show works because it's a weekly reminder that, although your gaff is a glorified tip and you really should get your act together, there are plenty out there who are in even worse shape.

New or Returning Shows

Waterloo Road, 9.00pm, BBC One

This school drama just keeps on rolling along. This is the show’s 15th season.

New head and ex-Ofsted director, Dame Stella Drake, ushers in her era at Waterloo Road when she discovers the state the school is in. She commits to restoring law and order – but can she bring it back from the brink?

Donte faces his first hurdle as a trainee teacher when he locks horns with unruly new boy Ashton and juggles a secret liaison with one of the staff.

Meanwhile, Jared attempts to win the favour of history teacher Neil to keep him sweet on his new relationship with girlfriend Libby.

Botched: The Brazilian Butt Lift Nightmare, 9.00pm, BBC Three

We’ve all heard horror stories about botched cosmetic surgery, but this Scams and Scandals tale is particularly awful and life-changing in a very negative way.

This is the story of a man who charges thousands for one of the most dangerous cosmetic procedures: liquid Brazilian butt lifts.

Ricky Sawyer injects litres of dermal filler into women every week, leaving some disfigured, in agony and seriously ill. Cue a BBC investigatinion into how he gets away with it and the obvious question is asked: why can't he be stopped?

Muslim Matchmaker, Disney+

The series features matchmakers Hoda Abrahim and Yasmin Elhady, who are on a mission to help Muslim American singles find their lifelong partner while staying true to their faith.

This duo isn't messing around with modern dating apps and hook-up culture but instead swear by their cardinal "Rules of Three": three dates, three months and three hundred questions.

From cringey first dates to moments of profound connection, Hoda and Yasmin support their clients in navigating the complexities of dating with the intention of marriage while staying true to their values and beliefs.

Don’t Miss

Storyville: 26.2 to Life – Inside the San Quentin Prison Marathon, 10.00pm, BBC Four

Behind the walls of San Quentin State Prison in California, three men who were sentenced to life for murder undertake running a marathon.

Training all year, their route is unconventional, a dizzying 105 laps around a crowded prison yard. The bonds they forge on the track create a community that transcends prison politics and extends beyond the prison walls as members are released.

26.2 to Life is a story of transformation and second chances. The film offers a rare glimpse into a world out of bounds, as the men navigating life sentences seek redemption and freedom... or something like it.

Sport

Live FA Cup Football, 7.30pm, UTV

They really are spreading the Fourth Round ties across the schedules and channels. What’s this? Day five?

Anyway, tonight’s game of the day is a proper David v Goliath affair as Exeter City host Nottingham Forest at St James Park.

Exeter play in English football’s third tier and the club is owned by the club's supporters through the Exeter City Supporters' Trust, while Forest are high-flying in the Premier League and owned by a Greek shipping magnate.

The contrast is stark.

Forest will almost certainly win, but you’d have to want Exeter to do one on them. It would be hilarious.

Mark Pougatch presents all the action, with analysis from Ian Wright and Roy Keane (above), reports by Katie Shanahan, and commentary from Seb Hutchinson and Ally McCoist.

Also tonight: Live UEFA Champions League (7.40pm, Virgin Media Two) offers an intriguing tie as Sporting Lisbon - who just scraped into the play-offs - host Borussia Dortmund - who just missed on a top eight spot - for a place in the last 16.
