Drawing inspiration from '70s acts like Rush and Pink Floyd and '90s trailblazers Nirvana and Radiohead, the track "delves into the contradictions of modern life - digital isolation versus human connection - encouraging listeners to reflect on their place in an increasingly complex world".

Speaking about the single, the band say: "View is about dualities - the tension between digital isolation and human connection, between the fast-paced and the reflective. Recording this album was a cathartic experience for us, and we hope listeners find a part of themselves in our music."
